Job Summary
A company is looking for a Financial Data Analyst to support growth initiatives in operational finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity for physician productivity and incentive compensation models
- Perform monthly analytics for productivity and incentive-based physician compensation
- Assist in the development of automated solutions for current manual processes
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Information Management, Data Science, or related major preferred
- 2+ years of experience in large data set collection/manipulation and financial modeling
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and SQL
- Prior experience in data transformation and business intelligence platforms preferred
