Financial Decision Support Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Financial Decision Support Analyst to provide financial and statistical analyses to support organizational leaders in decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and run routine financial reports for executive leadership
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support for hospital leadership
- Prepare financial data and statistical reports for budgeting and forecasting processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Hospital Administration, or related field and two years of financial analysis experience, or a Master's Degree in a related field
- Experience in the healthcare industry with statistical metrics, forecasting, and budgeting
- Familiarity with financial analysis and reporting methods
- Experience with software such as Workday, Epic, StrataJazz, and Tableau
