Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Operations Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accounting reports and ensure adherence to GAAP standards
• Manage departmental budgets and conduct variance analysis to optimize spending
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to inform business decisions and support strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proficient in financial software tools (e.g., QuickBooks, ChargeBee, HubSpot, Stripe)
• Experience with financial modeling and developing key financial reports
• SaaS experience is preferred
