Job Summary
To shape the financial performance of a ~$3B Heavy Duty Gas Turbine services portfolio, the full-time remote Transactional Core FP&A Leader will manage financial planning and analysis, drive performance optimization, and provide strategic counsel to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle FP&A, including forecasting, budgeting, and portfolio analytics for the Transactional Core business
- Collaborate cross-functionally to convert strategic priorities into financial outcomes and improve operational performance
- Lead finance transformation initiatives focused on standardization, automation, and actionable business insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit
- At least 2 years in a finance leadership role
