Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Representative - Brokerage Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to staff on day-to-day processes and handle escalated items related to Brokerage services
• Support all aspects of Brokerage account processing, including application reviews and account setups
• Facilitate staff training and promote efficiencies through procedure updates and performance measures

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial services
• Background in team leadership, employee development, and process improvement
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent experience
• FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 registrations required
• FINRA fingerprinting required
