Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and develop financial professionals and agency leaders
- Manage the financial health and profitability of the agency
- Create and communicate a vision for the agency while developing lasting business relationships
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- More than 10 years of financial services sales experience required
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 licenses required upon hire
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP), CLU, or ChFC required upon hire
- Experience in needs-based sales in the affluent marketplace
