FinTech Onboarding Associate
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Fintech Onboarding Associate to support customers in the payments and financing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard customers into the FinTech processing platform
- Provide initial support for credit card, check, and financing applications
- Train customers on integrated consumer financing solutions and analyze payment processing statements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably in payment processing and consumer financing
- Full understanding of payment processing terms (e.g., chargebacks, ACH)
- Deep knowledge of the payment industry, including processors and gateways
- Strong understanding of V/MC interchange tables and costs
- Proactive in following up with customers to ensure application approvals
