Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Fleet & Facilities Coordinator to manage daily operational needs for vehicle fleet and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer fleet programs including vehicle assignments, maintenance, and telematics
  • Manage routine property operations such as scheduling maintenance and processing purchase orders
  • Collaborate with Safety on accident reduction measures and facility safety programs

Required Qualifications
  • HS diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of project administration or fleet experience
  • Ability to multitask and interface with multiple internal and external customers
  • Experience working with 3rd party fleet management providers is a plus
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; Oracle experience is a plus
