Job Summary

A company is looking for a Central Selling Associate Flooring to manage service requests and customer interactions related to flooring projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and verify information related to service requests and quotes
• Communicate with stores and service providers to address questions and escalate issues
• Monitor order status and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Up to one year of experience in a call center, retail, or service support environment
• Ability to obtain a salesperson license within sixty days if required by local regulations
• Internet access with specified speed requirements
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field and experience in remodeling or construction
