Florida Foreclosure Processor
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Foreclosure Processor II responsible for reviewing and drafting Foreclosure Assignments for its Florida portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Review Title and Security Deeds to establish the correct chain of Assignments of Mortgage
- Draft and provide Assignments of Mortgage to clients within set timelines
- Maintain client systems with current information regarding the Assignment Process
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required
- Understanding of the Georgia Foreclosure process with previous Default industry experience
- Chain of Title Review/Assignment review experience preferred
- Experience with various client systems preferred (Lenstar, LPS, VendorScape, Real Resolution)
