Job Summary

To engage patients at a critical point in their recovery, the full-time Florida Licensed Access Provider will conduct intake evaluations, initiate medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and deliver care via telemedicine while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful treatment initiation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations and initiate MAT primarily using buprenorphine
• Deliver care through telemedicine, expanding access to treatment across multiple markets
• Support patients intensively during the first four weeks of treatment and collaborate with care teams for ongoing support

Required qualifications

• MD/DO, NP (FNP or APRN), or PA with an active, unrestricted license
• Experience treating opioid use disorder (OUD) with buprenorphine (1+ year preferred)
• Background in behavioral health, primary care, or addiction medicine
• Comfort with telemedicine and technology-enabled care delivery
• Commitment to compassionate, recovery-oriented, patient-centered care
