Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Medicare Sales Agent (FL).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in making healthcare decisions over the phone to drive sales and revenue
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance goals while completing transactional sales
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and adhere to CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Must currently hold an active health insurance license
• Minimum of 1 year AEP experience
• Experience selling Medicare Supplement/Medigap is preferred
• High School Diploma required; BA/BS preferred
• Must be flexible in hours and able to work 50 hours/week during the final 2 weeks of AEP
