Key responsibilities
- Provide peer support via text and video, ensuring a human presence for members in recovery
- Monitor toxicology and breathalyzer tests over video and collaborate with clinical teams
- Build and track personalized relapse prevention plans while checking in weekly with members
Required qualifications
- Must have at least 3 years of continuous sobriety and be open about personal recovery experience
- Hold a Peer Recovery Support Specialist credential in the state of Florida
- Experience as a case manager, counselor, or sponsor is preferred but not required
- Comfortable using apps, video calls, and learning new technology
- Ability to communicate clearly and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
