Job Summary
A company is looking for a Foreclosure Oversight Analyst II to ensure operational reliability and compliance within the foreclosure department.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and maintain operational alignment to compliance timelines and reporting
- Develop business process maps and solutions to enhance departmental efficiency
- Conduct data analysis and support audits related to foreclosure activities
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Five (5+) years of experience in a foreclosure role in banking, finance, or mortgage servicing
- One (1+) year of Business Analyst experience with proficiency in Excel and SQL
- Knowledge of foreclosure platforms and processes within loan servicing
- Strong understanding of investor and regulatory requirements
