Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Forward Deployed Engineer to work in a hybrid environment, who will engage closely with clients to translate abstract ideas into concrete software solutions, rapidly prototyping and deploying applications using advanced AI techniques and modern programming frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and clinical leaders to define and build software solutions from vague concepts
• Develop full stack applications and modular backends using Python or TypeScript, adhering to clean architecture principles
• Manage end-to-end deployment and productionization of applications, ensuring robust engineering practices are followed

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in building production applications with AI and agentic development
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript, with experience in frameworks such as Next.js and Fast API
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and multi-step agent workflows
• Experience with cloud-native deployment using AWS, Azure, or similar platforms
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
