Forward Deployed Engineer III

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried Forward Deployed Engineer III will focus on automating HR processes, enhancing data governance, and developing AI-assisted workflows to improve the efficiency of the People team.

Key responsibilities

• Automate employee lifecycle processes including new hires, role changes, and terminations to eliminate manual coordination
• Enhance compensation planning infrastructure through access controls, versioning, and AI-assisted benchmarking
• Build a unified People analytics layer connecting various HR systems to provide real workforce intelligence

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience with enterprise HR systems at an integration or implementation level
• Proven experience in building and deploying AI-assisted workflows in production environments
• Strong API integration skills, including building RESTful integrations and handling error states
• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and experience implementing role-based access controls for sensitive data
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS at an API or integration level is preferred
