Job Summary
A company is looking for an FP&A Manager to support financial decision-making processes through analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to evaluate company performance
- Assist in financial forecasting, annual operating plans, and M&A modeling
- Prepare financial reports and develop KPIs to track business performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus
- 5-10 years of experience in financial analysis and modeling, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
- Experience with financial planning and ERP software, preferably NetSuite
- Deep knowledge of SaaS metrics such as MRR, ARR, CAC, and churn rates is preferred
