Job Summary
A company is looking for a Fraud Operations Analyst to manage fraud prevention efforts and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee customer success communication regarding fraud inquiries and ensure a positive experience
- Develop and optimize processes for handling fraud requests and analyze suspected fraudulent activities
- Lead fraud prevention projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven experience in fraud prevention or related roles
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with fraud detection software and industry best practices
- Experience in the payment, e-commerce, or travel industry is a plus
