Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fraud Prevention Analyst to manually review online transactions for authenticity and ensure a secure customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze multiple data points to make quality decisions impacting clients and customers
  • Identify links between fraudulent transactions to detect and stop fraud rings
  • Collaborate with customer service and analysts to assist with customer escalations and manage queue volumes

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Economics, Statistics, or a Business-related field (desired)
  • Experience in fraud analysis or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical skills to assess transaction data effectively
  • Familiarity with emerging fraud trends and prevention strategies
