Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Associate Customer Support Technician.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries related to software applications via phone, email, and chat
- Triage and troubleshoot customer problems to provide effective solutions
- Communicate and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support level
Required Qualifications:
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience with technology and Microsoft applications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Experience in a real-time customer support center is preferred
- Familiarity with case management systems such as Salesforce, Freshdesk, Talkdesk, Jira, etc
