Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Associate Customer Support Technician.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer inquiries related to software applications via phone, email, and chat
  • Triage and troubleshoot customer problems to provide effective solutions
  • Communicate and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support level

Required Qualifications:
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Experience with technology and Microsoft applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Experience in a real-time customer support center is preferred
  • Familiarity with case management systems such as Salesforce, Freshdesk, Talkdesk, Jira, etc
