Job Summary
A company is looking for a Front End Project Specialist responsible for onboarding new clients and improving workflows for existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and manage workflow improvement projects
- Troubleshoot HL7 interface issues and collaborate with IT departments
- Maintain project records and communicate project status with Client Services
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of HL7 interfaces and medical terminology
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) such as Cerner, Meditech, Epic, PICIS
- Ability to understand and apply state/federal laws and regulations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
