Job Summary
A company is looking for a Front Pharmacy Technician - Remote in Illinois or Iowa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer onboarding via incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Assisting the Pharmacist with prescription requests and order fulfillment
- Contributing to process improvements and updating Standard Operating Procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Current Pharmacy Technician state license OR National Pharmacy Technician Certification without restrictions
- 2+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Residence in Illinois or Iowa
