Frontend Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager - Frontend to lead and develop frontend applications for their core applications team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and foster a team culture while actively contributing to frontend application development
• Oversee project management to ensure timely delivery and alignment with company objectives
• Provide technical leadership by collaborating with various teams to define requirements and guide architectural decisions

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a management or technical leadership role
• Strong expertise in Typescript and experience with modern React or similar frameworks
• Experience in delivering AI, machine learning, or data-driven products in production
• Solid understanding of software development best practices, including CI/CD and testing
• Proven track record of managing and mentoring engineering teams in fast-paced environments
