Full Stack Engineer
Job Summary
To drive core technical initiatives and build next-generation internal platforms, a senior backend-heavy Full Stack Engineer will work remotely, focusing on system architecture, microservices standardization, and API design.
Key responsibilities
- Build high-leverage revenue products by architecting components of eBid and eMax
- Standardize microservices architecture and drive adoption of OpenFaaS for serverless workloads
- Implement unified observability through distributed tracing systems to ensure system visibility and enforce service SLAs
Required qualifications
- Expertise in Node, NestJS, TypeScript, and AWS Cloud Services
- Hands-on experience with microservices and serverless architecture, including OpenFaaS or AWS Lambda
- Practical experience with distributed tracing systems like OpenTracing or OpenTelemetry
- Strong experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and asynchronous messaging queues like AWS SQS
- Ability to translate complex workflows into automated backend tooling
