Full Stack Java Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated mid-level Full Stack Java Developer for a full-time remote position, responsible for designing and implementing Microservice Architecture applications, developing scalable web and batch applications, and participating in Agile methodologies.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement Microservice Architecture JEE software applications
• Develop front-end applications using React, HTML, XML, and CSS, and back-end applications using Java frameworks like Spring Boot and RESTful APIs
• Utilize modern software engineering tools for design, development, and testing while participating in Agile development ceremonies

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a relevant discipline, or 4 years of equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in developing robust web applications using Java for the backend and JavaScript, HTML, XML, and CSS for the frontend
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services using Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
• Ability to pass an MBI Security Clearance from a Federal Agency; active MBI Clearance from IRS is highly desirable
• Experience in a collaborative team-oriented environment, with a focus on delivering technical documentation and debugging application issues
