Job Summary

- Implement web applications using Turbo and Stimulus in a Rails 7.1 codebase
- Drive codebase improvement by enforcing coding standards and leading code reviews
- Integrate core stack with contact center technologies to automate customer contacts

- Experience leading engineers in maintaining and improving a medium to large Rails application
- Full-stack understanding of production software systems
- Experience deploying and operating products in production
