Funding Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Funding Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review wire requests and ensure data accuracy and completeness of funding documentation
• Perform pre-funding audits and maintain high data accuracy in internal systems
• Queue wires, coordinate fund disbursement, and collaborate with internal departments for smooth closing

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of mortgage lending experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or G-Suite
• Ability to work 8am-5pm PST
• Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically SalesForce preferred
• Real estate mortgage loan funding, closing, or processing experience preferred
