Job Summary
A company is looking for a Funding Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expertise in banking mechanics of HSAs, HRAs, and FSAs
- Manage daily banking transactions and reconcile bank account activity
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer service regarding funding and billing
Required Qualifications
- Experience with TPA firms, employee benefits, banking, and/or accounting
- Knowledge of funding principles surrounding HSAs and FSAs
- Familiarity with basic accounting and banking principles
- Experience with the WEX Consumer Driven Health Plan (CDH) Platform
- Customer service experience
