Job Summary

Seeking a Funds Associate - TX Licensed, the full-time position will involve advising investment funds throughout their lifecycle and working closely with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets unit, with options for remote work available.

Key responsibilities

• Advise investment funds and their investors on legal matters throughout all stages of the funds' lifecycle
• Collaborate with attorneys to develop legal strategies and articulate courses of action for clients
• Manage multiple projects effectively while maintaining superior interpersonal relationships with clients and colleagues

Required qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in corporate and securities law, preferably with investment funds
• Active bar license in Texas or commitment to obtain one promptly
• Experience with private equity, private credit, and venture capital funds is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects
• Excellent academic credentials and a commitment to community involvement
