Gainsight Administrator
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Gainsight Administrator to design, implement, and deploy solutions on the Gainsight platform to support Customer Success processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Customer Success Leadership to support business strategy development
- Configure and deploy Gainsight to internal customers, including system configuration and integrations
- Analyze requirements and manage mapping, documenting, and implementing Customer Success processes
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Gainsight NXT and Gainsight's Matrix Data Architecture (MDA) Platform
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Synapse, SQL queries, and data integration
- Demonstrated experience in Salesforce administration
- Experience with other components of Enterprise Architecture such as PowerBI and Tableau is a plus
- Working knowledge of complex business systems integration
