Job Summary
A company is looking for a Game Support Representative who is passionate about customer service and Wizards products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service via email, phone, and chat for all products
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using support documentation
- Stay updated on products and public communications from the company and its partners
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalency is required
- 2+ years of experience in consumer customer service
- Familiarity with call center operations and MS Office Suite
- Experience with Zendesk and Confluence is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
