Job Summary

A company is looking for a Game Support Representative who is passionate about customer service and Wizards products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service via email, phone, and chat for all products
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using support documentation
  • Stay updated on products and public communications from the company and its partners

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalency is required
  • 2+ years of experience in consumer customer service
  • Familiarity with call center operations and MS Office Suite
  • Experience with Zendesk and Confluence is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
