Job Summary
A company is looking for a General Ledger Accountant to manage accounting and payroll functions across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and maintain accurate financial records
- Allocate payroll costs to appropriate companies and reconcile payroll allocations
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 3+ years of experience in general ledger accounting
- Strong understanding of GAAP and payroll regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced Excel skills
