Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Ledger Accountant to manage accounting and payroll functions across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and maintain accurate financial records
  • Allocate payroll costs to appropriate companies and reconcile payroll allocations
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • 3+ years of experience in general ledger accounting
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and payroll regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
  • Advanced Excel skills
