Job Summary
A company is looking for a General Manager, Remote HR Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the strategic vision and execution of the Remote HR Management business unit
- Oversee daily operations and manage key performance indicators and business objectives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap and enhance user experience
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a product or operations leader in a B2B SaaS company, ideally with HRTech background
- Commercially savvy with a strong understanding of HRTech products
- Experience in establishing processes across multiple departments
- Ability to work independently and provide strategic advice to executive leadership
- Experience in managing budgets and resource allocation effectively
