Job Summary

- Develop, configure, and implement Genesys Cloud IVR call flows, email flows, routing rules, and API interactions
- Collaborate with the Agile team to understand requirements, document stories in Jira, and contribute to technical documentation
- Provide leadership and direction in decision-making processes
Required Qualifications
- 12-20 years of experience in relevant fields
- Proficiency in Genesys Cloud
- Demonstrated leadership skills in driving decision-making
- Familiarity with JIRA
- Experience with Java, including reading or writing code
