Managing complex automobile claims, the fully remote Attorney-Represented Bodily Injury Adjuster will investigate and confirm facts of loss, determine coverage and liability, and mentor junior employees while delivering strong claim outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates and confirms facts of loss for complex automobile accidents
• Determines coverage, liability, and damages, adjusting and negotiating claims within authority limits
• Mentors junior employees and recommends process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Georgia Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster
• Experience handling complex automobile claims
• Advanced understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships
• Ability to identify subrogation or fraud potential
• Experience in mentoring or providing direction to junior staff
