Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the global experiential events team to plan and implement client-focused activations
- Deliver memorable client experiences in both virtual and in-person formats while managing multiple engagements
- Assist in site selection, vendor sourcing, and maintain oversight of event budgets
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of virtual event planning tools and in-person event management
- Experience in creating dynamic virtual experiences
- Proven track record of managing vendor relationships and negotiations
- Experience in dynamic project management and execution
- Ability to work in a global, matrixed organization across different time zones
