Job Summary

  • Deliver memorable client experiences in both virtual and in-person formats while managing multiple engagements
  • Assist in site selection, vendor sourcing, and maintain oversight of event budgets

Required Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of virtual event planning tools and in-person event management
  • Experience in creating dynamic virtual experiences
  • Proven track record of managing vendor relationships and negotiations
  • Experience in dynamic project management and execution
  • Ability to work in a global, matrixed organization across different time zones
