Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement community strategies and practices to support client needs
- Manage and mentor Community Managers, establishing best practices for community engagement
- Track and analyze community performance KPIs, providing regular reports and insights
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience as a Community Manager in the gaming industry
- 3+ years of experience managing and mentoring teams
- Understanding of game genres and player personas
- Experience with community and social channel analytics
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
