Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Head of Community - Player Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement community strategies and practices to support client needs
  • Manage and mentor Community Managers, establishing best practices for community engagement
  • Track and analyze community performance KPIs, providing regular reports and insights

Required Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience as a Community Manager in the gaming industry
  • 3+ years of experience managing and mentoring teams
  • Understanding of game genres and player personas
  • Experience with community and social channel analytics
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
