Global Finance Controls Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Global Finance Controls to join their leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and review control testing of Manual Journal Entries and financial transactions
- Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and related training worldwide
- Oversee the Global Finance Controls team, providing training and mentorship
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Accounting certification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA) strongly preferred
- 6+ years of relevant experience in accounting/audit, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
- Advanced level of Spanish required; other languages appreciated
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls
