Global HRIS and Payroll Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Global HRIS and Americas Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to the payroll and HRIS teams, ensuring compliance with processes and laws
• Create and execute an annual strategy to maximize HRIS and Payroll systems, including user training and product enhancements
• Standardize HRIS policies and processes globally, maintain HR dashboards, and apply predictive analytics for HR trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
• 10+ years of experience in Global HRIS with progressive responsibility
• Minimum 3 years in a strategic leadership role in HRIS and Payroll
• Expertise in Canadian and United States Payroll Compliance and Payroll Tax
• 5+ years' experience with Ceridian Dayforce HRIS and Payroll
