Key Responsibilities

• Manage global payroll processing, compliance, reporting, and system administration
• Collaborate with People Operations and other departments to align payroll processes with HR policies
• Ensure adherence to local labor laws and tax reporting requirements across relevant jurisdictions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience in the US, Canada, and preferably multiple European countries
• Ability to navigate payroll systems and generate reports (e.g., ADP, Safeguard, Deel)
• Working knowledge of HR information systems like Workday and ADP
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Google Suite
