Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Government Contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, negotiate, and manage customer contracts and agreements within the Aerospace and Defense sector
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations regarding contracts
- Provide legal support in the event of contract disputes and interface with various functional departments
Required Qualifications and Education
- 5-7 years of contract review experience
- Solid understanding of contract principles and government contracting
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school is a plus
- Familiarity with Department of Defense requirements and ITAR regulations
