Job Summary
A company is looking for a Government Insuring Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the workflow and productivity of Government Insurers
- Ensure Government Insuring pipeline meets regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
- Lead training, performance management, and process improvement for the team
Qualifications:
- Deep knowledge of mortgage origination regulatory and investor requirements for insuring FHA and VA loans
- Strong understanding of HUD and VA lending guidelines
- Ability to motivate staff, analyze root causes, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to coach, lead, and train direct reports
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff
