Job Summary

Seeking a part-time Grant and Proposal Writer, the ideal candidate will manage the full lifecycle of grant applications and proposals, focusing on federal healthcare funding opportunities while working remotely for 15-20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant federal funding opportunities and assess eligibility and competitiveness
• Write clear and persuasive grant narratives and develop comprehensive proposal documents
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary data and materials for submissions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in developing successful grant applications and proposals related to federal healthcare funding
• Working knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare programs, including value-based payment models
• Direct experience with federal application systems like Grants.gov and SAM.gov
• Strong understanding of federal compliance requirements and HHS/CMS grant terms
• Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines
