Job Summary
A company is looking for a Group Air Advisor who will manage domestic and international group air reservations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process air travel requests and manage customer communications according to service standards
- Perform ticketing, exchange processes, and finalize refunds in a timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of vendor programs and airline terminology to enhance customer service
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years corporate travel experience
- Experience in meeting/incentive/event planning is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of Sabre reservation system
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed
