Job Summary
A company is looking for a Group Manager, Tax.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support tax provision preparation and documentation
- Research tax issues and ensure compliance with regulations
- Manage audits, responses to notices, and completion of tax returns
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7 to 10 years of corporate taxation experience, preferably in Public Accounting
- Strong tax accounting background with knowledge in ASC 740 and SOX
- Advanced excel skills
- CPA designation is required
