Job Summary
A company is looking for a Group Product Designer to lead design efforts and improve user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design strategy and continuous discovery while mentoring team members
- Own the design vision and collaborate with Product and Engineering to create a design roadmap
- Drive research initiatives and coach designers on usability testing and strategic research
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience in consumer mobile app design
- 2+ years of people management experience in product design
- Exceptional eye for detail and experience with Figma
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining design systems
- Technical acumen in solving complex design problems
