Group Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Product Managers in a remote, full-time capacity, the Group Product Manager (GRC) will define and execute product strategy, ensure effective use of AI throughout the Software Development Lifecycle, and drive meaningful customer outcomes to support market leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Mentors and inspires a team of Product Managers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
• Establishes expectations for the use of AI in product development and guides AI-assisted research techniques to enhance insights
• Monitors product KPIs and business metrics to optimize team efficiency and product effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in technology, business, liberal arts, science, or engineering
• Experience with Product Management and People Leadership
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of software development lifecycle processes and technologies; prior GRC experience preferred
