Job Summary
A company is looking for a Group Specialist to join their Client Care Center in a remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for travel professional group clients, addressing customer demands through calls
- Drive revenue growth and retention of existing accounts by analyzing bookings and future travel needs
- Manage customer interactions and complaints, ensuring a positive experience and optimizing relationships
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Proficient in CRM management and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, including closing and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus
