Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Specialist to join their Client Care Center in a remote role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for travel professional group clients, addressing customer demands through calls
  • Drive revenue growth and retention of existing accounts by analyzing bookings and future travel needs
  • Manage customer interactions and complaints, ensuring a positive experience and optimizing relationships

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Proficient in CRM management and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, including closing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
