Job Summary
A company is looking for a Growth Marketer to drive product growth through data analysis and user engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement growth strategies for product engagement and user retention
- Collaborate with Product Managers and engineering teams to design and execute experiments
- Analyze results of experiments and drive iterative product changes based on user feedback
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Demonstrated experience in growth or product marketing, preferably in a product-led growth role
- Experience with product experience platform administration, preferably Pendo
- In-depth understanding of user behavior and segmentation
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
