Job Summary
A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Associate - Product & Data.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage marketing technology processes and guide strategy
- Research, recommend, and implement new tools for marketing
- Collaborate with growth marketing, engineering, and data teams to achieve growth goals
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in user-acquisition or data-driven marketing at a startup or media agency
- Strong analytical background in growth KPIs (ROAS, CAC, LTV:CAC)
- Experience working with data and engineering teams
- Expertise in mobile and web attribution and tracking
- Advanced Excel skills and intermediate understanding of SQL and data visualization tools
